we are having a new phenomena in namibia and it strikes harder than swine flu to me
teenage pregnanicies
high schools are not complete without kids dropping out due to teen pregnanicies, i don't know whether the parents are to blame or whether the government is to blame bu  t 1 thing for certain our youth need to get a rude awakening.
it is not as easy as some think to take care of babies when you are being taken care of by your own parents. namibian youths are becoming too narrow minded, kids having kids, what vision 2030? it will always be a vision past 2030 with the pandemic we are facing in today's society
where are the parents, where are the counsellors? where has the system crumbled
i think the parents, the teachers, the learners alike are very ignorant of this issue, it cannot be a taboo anymore because it is happening right before our very own eyes, whether you are from southern namibia, northern namibia, west or east chances are you know a kid who has a kid, as sad as it sounds, it is a reality, i am usually optimistic, but with the current state of affair with almost 8 in 10 students in secondary school as sexual active as buffalos on discovery channel, it is a uncontrollable pandemic
can much be done?
there is alot to be done but i doubt much can be done with the current state of the mindset of the average namibian youth, we don't have the capacity to deal with it, finito, what we need is a strict new law to deal with teenage pregnancy, we are facing problems with the aids virus, what we don't need is more 16 year olds giving birth at a faster pace than 23 year olds, the government has a role to play, but we can't limit ourseleve sot the government, how easy is it for a 15 year old to go out and hang out with 30 year olds at chez temba? it is easier than joing a youth choir that is for sure, so clubs must get around the clock monitor to clamp down on the youth club bangers to eliminate kids drinking with older folks, i know it s a mere wishful thought, but i am giving my thought nonetheless, with that said, much can be done, but whether we are prepared to clamp down on kids having nice times with grown ups, it needs much more actions than talk

The most confusing aspects of elections to me has always been the magic X not so long ago my beliefs has been X is a cross out and in favour is a plus sign but the elections is always a exciting affair especially for the rallies
Not so long i attend a youth rally , later the evening wen i got home started to get questions about wat the rally was all about ... maybe must interpretion of youth thru the years has always been certain age to certain age .. and not being a english master i tend to think that youth is wen u reach certain age's and in between young to old there is youth to equalise the age gabs ...
I remember a story of the cream of youth that certain people are using to look a "fresh"
but in modern politics to fins the everlasting to remain in the game of serving the public
youth leage has become the cream that keeps the aging afloat the politics game, mind u
believes have always been thru age one grow wiser and nothing i find is more wiser than a aging youth ... maybe the most hard question in the game of political youth is where do
the "real" youth actually fit in .. and actually wen do the someone retire from being a youth, lucky with politics it has always bein the louder you are the beter you can advance your political career... mmmmmm.. as so it is suppose to be ... unless u the guy who had a promising career in politics and even was tipped to be the next leader untill start dealing with currencies that at times has been the downfall of alot .. in such a case u get put in force youth retirement .... maybe is a good idea to wen having youth rallies to invite few school kids with pieces of paper to read some youthfull wisdom just to make the whole rally excersise a bit more youthfull affair .... If i was a proffesional write i would continue about real politics or maybe put a bit sense in this article but lookin at the time and day and looking at my age there is a veteran rally i have to attend .... at the youth rally the president of the youth league is actually old enough to be a veteran am curious to go see if he is also there .... age is also a charm of freedom

this must be a trend amongst alot of namibian females in europe and america, i just read from a local source about namibian prostitues and escorts in england, i was wondering whether there is more to it than the little we know...
here it goes
we've got alot of namibian females in europe and the usa getting too down in the corrupt western society, that is why if a namibian female tells you she is going to euro  pe, and she is not going to going to study or babysit, be suspicious especially when they tell you they are doing modelling, we've got prostitutes and escorts over there shaming our name, in my opinion, it is the weakness of namibian society, females think they can get away by selling themselves i am not saying the money is not good, i heard those girls make up to 300 bucks a night, thats alot but we are getting lied to, alot of namibian females in england and usa are actually prostitutes and i have enough proof of more than 400 namibian females who are in the prostitution industry, i am not saying that prostitution is a bad thing nor a taboo in my opinion, it is the oldest profession but what bothers me is the fact that these females go over there talking about being students and what not (in all honesty no one knows what they do anyways), when in fact they are prostituting, as if thats (prostitution) not a problem over here already, no wonder our country has such a high aids rate, because we are in denial...my question is how many of them do we have in europe and america?
i have enough proof, and i have names and photos, i am not on an exposing mission so i won't reveal names but since they are online they already expose theirselves, you (the reader) just have to get on your search engine and look for them they even know who they are...
this shows how messed up we are already here actually
when they come over they no longer get back into prostitution, they get to become 'good girls' who were overseas doing good for themselves, because most people do not know what they were doing in europe and the usa not only that but our prostitution industry is flooded and diseased anyways, prostitution albeit a taboo in most instances is a reality we have to face, and we need much more investigation into this, so far i have more than 400 names, and i am sure there are much much much more....
