A Namibian Poem

One Less day

one more  day to live
one more sunshine so bright
morning birds sing
yet just another morning

one full day
giving less away
blues singing clouds
break of dawn has come
like sunshine form nowhere
the truth of day share
live the day with less care
one more day

simple minded
single life sensation
one day of belive
life keeps rhyming on
day keeps going on
one less thought
day seems so short
a walk of today is here

one more song
one less songbird
alot more rhythm
drums beating around
song of a heartbeat
the full day is here
oh yesterday was there
cant see tommorow anywhere
bright day light is everywhere
new day, new joy more hope
see if singing wind will cope
for yet one more day ;)
